Together, we’ll work on 6 key areas over 6 coaching sessions:
Session 1 – Marketing Language
It’s no secret that certain language can be used to attract clients into your business.So in this Coaching Session, you’ll discover how to uncover the language you need to use in your marketing collateral to attract more landlord leads to your business and to convert more landlords as clients.
In this Session, you’ll overhaul any of your current marketing tools to take them to the next level.
Session 2 – Website Attraction
Your website is your digital shopfront. And, it needs to be generating landlord leads for you.
So, if it’s not already generating landlord leads for you every single week, there are some simple tweaks and improvements you can make to ensure that people who are visiting your site are tempted (even compelled) to give you their contact details.
Ultimately, you want your website performing like a powerful lead generating sales person… on steroids… with coffee… who doesn’t sleep… Am I right?
Session 3 – Content Marketing
Content marketing is all the rage right now, but seriously, who has time for it? You will after this session!
In this session, you’ll learn a content marketing strategy focusing on blogging, video or podcasting (not all 3 – just whatever option you like the most!)
You’ll learn the 4 point formula for a great blog (or video or podcast) and how to use your content strategy to take people from consuming your content all the way through to handing over their details as a new lead into your rent roll!
If you’re sick of seeing other agents in your area dropping their fees crazy low and you want to maintain your premium service and fee, content marketing allows you to do this.
Session 4 – Email Marketing
Don’t get me wrong, I love social media. But I love email marketing more.
Why?
Because it’s a direct communication strategy with your database. And your database is a bunch of people who have already told you that they’re interested in your services.
So in this Coaching Session, you’ll learn how to create an email marketing strategy that it designed to nurture the leads you’re starting to get via personalised conversations – all through the power of email.
You’ll learn the 5 point email marketing formula that is designed for taking leads (some of which will be generated from your website) from totally cold all the way through to being ready to sign a management authority!
Session 5 – Partnership Marketing
How great are referrals?
In this Coaching Session you’ll learn how to get more referral partners (I’ll even give you the script to use) and then how to get more leads from your referral partners.
You’ll discover how to get access to your referral partners’ databases, and how to encourage your referral partners clients to join your database. There’s power in doing this, because once those clients are on your database you have the power to market directly to them and convert them to landlord clients.
You’ll also learn the formula for using video interviews with your referral partners to get more landlord leads via these videos.
Session 6 – Facebook Ads
Now that you’ve got your other marketing strategies in place, it’s time to get landlord leads via Facebook.
You’ll learn the 7 Step process for getting leads via Facebook and I’ll share templates and formulas for this process.
