5 Ways To Grow Your Rent Roll
Struggling to get momentum? It’s often said that the best way to start your day is to tackle the hardest task first, but here’s an idea that I’ve found to work pretty well:
Start with an easy task first. For me, this gives me a quick “win” early on in the day and creates momentum for the day. If I have a few harder phone calls to make, I’ll make a fun easy phone call first that is bound to give me some “good feels” and put me in a better frame of mind to make the harder phone calls. Of course, I still have to make those harder calls, but I feel better about it if I’ve already had some wins.
