Most Property Managers have a “kit” in their car containing a few items they often need when they’re at rental properties.  When you start your Rent Roll, consider getting yourself a bucket or a basket and throwing in items like:

Spray ‘n’ Wipe + cloth
Dustpan and brush
Screwdriver – Flat and Philips heads
Tape measure
WD40
Magic eraser
Gloves
Hand wipes or sanitiser
Toilet paper
Batteries (AAA, AA, 9V)
Door stopper
Light bulbs
Rubbish bags
