In all honesty, I wasn’t going to join the 10 Week Transformation. I was way too busy, and the idea of adding something else to my schedule was well above my head. But when I saw all the topics that were being covered in the 10 Week Transformation, and I just had to join.
I particularly loved week 8, which was hands-on and like a workshop. Writing down that plan was invaluable.
Even though I haven’t made it to every live training session, I’ve always caught up on the replay of the training, even if that meant listening to the training while on the exercise bike at the gym!
I am so thankful for the 10 Week Transformation and if anyone is thinking about joining, my advice is “Do It!!” – even if you have to listen to the training while you’re at the gym!
