What to do if Social Media Engagement is Down

Social media engagement is down, but here’s what to do.

???

One of the things I teach is how to grow your brand and your rent roll (for free) on social media.

One of my most popular products is The Content Club, which is a social media membership, giving you Property Management focussed content every single month.

And when I’m talking to members of The Content Club, I’m hearing that engagement is falling right now.

I mean, I’m experiencing it too.

Engagement is down.

But here’s something you need to remember.

Just because they’re not engaging, doesn’t mean they’re not watching.

Your audience is still watching.

Maybe they’re not commenting as much.

Maybe they’re not double tapping on your posts as often.

But they’re still watching you.

So this is what you need to do.

Keep creating content.

Keep showing up online.

Keep showcasing you, your team, your services, your properties, your clients.

Keep delivering value to your followers.

Because just this week, I had a rent roll owner join The Content Club and say to me “I’ve been watching you on social media for MONTHS before I joined The Content Club”.

This is a person who has never (certainly never in my memory) engaged with me on social media.

But she was watching the whole time.

So, if you feel like your engagement is down on your social media…

If you’re feeling frustrated that you’re not getting the results you wanted on social media…

If you’re not getting as many landlord leads on social…

Don’t quit now.

Your potential landlords are there, and they’re watching you.

Keep showing up.

And if you need more ideas for content for your property management social media, join The Content Club and get all your monthly content for just $47.
