So, as you select the software and data storage solutions for your business, take the cloud based option.  This means that you’ll be able to work from anywhere, at any time, provided you have an internet connection.  It also means that as you grow, your team will also be able to work from anywhere.  In fact, this might allow you to hire staff who want some flexibility in their working arrangements, because they’ll be able to do some work from home.

The other benefit to cloud based solutions is you can use it to store all your documentation too, so you won’t need as many filing cabinets when you’re filing everything electronically!
