Manage your email time.  This tip isn’t just for when you start your own Rent Roll, you can use this tip in any area of business really.

It’s so easy for your emails to distract you from other tasks and to interrupt you in the middle of important jobs.  So, check your emails at certain times each day and close down your emails all the other times so that it doesn’t interrupt you and distract you from other tasks.  Remember, email isn’t a method of communication that people use for urgent issues (that’s what the phone is for), so it’s okay to respond to an email a couple of hours later!
