Once you start your Rent Roll, remember to complete your bank reconciliation daily.  This way, if you’re out of balance, you only have to look through today’s transactions to find the discrepancy.  If you leave it a couple of days or weeks, you end up with many more transactions to sort through to find an error.  Use this tip to prevent yourself going grey early!
