My answer to this question is always NO!  So, let me explain why:

The fees you charge your landlord clients are basically what your Rent Roll sale price is calculated on.  If you discount these fees, you’re basically planning to reduce your sale price.

It’s really unfair to offer different clients different fees, but the same service.  So, unless you offer different service packages for different fees, it’s not fair to your loyal clients who are paying your full fees to offer other clients a discount on fees, but the same service.

The fees you charge are a reflection of what you truly believe you are worth.  So if you can’t justify your fees, it’s likely because you don’t believe you are worth those fees.  So you either need to adjust your standard fees, or adjust your mind set.
